1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk365 at pk365.live, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every product and service offered on the pk365 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and any promotional offers.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. pk365 will treat any login using your credentials as an authorised activity by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk365 customer support immediately via the in-platform live chat. pk365 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity during that investigation.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not access your pk365 account from shared or public devices unless you are certain the device is secure.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on mobile devices that may be used by others.

pk365 will never ask you for your account password. Any request for your password — whether by email, phone or any other channel — should be treated as a phishing attempt.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk365 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payments, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on pk365 is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited near-instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The pk365 sports betting product covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — alongside football, esports and other international sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk365:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where pk365 offers a cash-out option and that option is exercised before the market closes.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with pk365's standard rules for the relevant sport. For cricket, if fewer than the minimum overs required for a result are bowled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned.
• pk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief acceptance delay. pk365 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed on the relevant sports market pages.
• Any suspicion of match-fixing, insider information or irregular betting patterns will result in the relevant bets being voided and the matter being investigated.

7 Casino and Slots

The pk365 game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, table games and other casino products. All games are provided by third-party software providers and are operated under their respective game rules and Return to Player (RTP) rates, which are published in the game information panel within the lobby.

• Making chargebacks on deposits after using those funds to play. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the relevant amount.

Where pk365 identifies a breach of fair play rules, it reserves the right to void affected bets, confiscate associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account and pursue recovery of losses caused by the prohibited conduct through appropriate channels.

9 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a player voluntarily closes their account and has met all applicable wagering requirements and verification checks, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, pk365 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform due to technical faults, maintenance or events outside pk365's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

• Any indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind.

pk365's total liability to any individual player for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. Personal data is used to operate and maintain your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.

13 Changes to These Terms
